This group has a variety of classes of badges. At first I wasn't certain of how many badges
there were nor the order of importance, but I found a pre-war pamphlet showing each
badge and the names, so this is quite authoritative.
Regular member badge. Silver color. No enamel.

as is the outer cardboard box that has a hand-written inscription:
'Patriotic Women's Association merit badge 3rd Class, Received on Taisho 5 
November 7, Sakata Genjirou.'
