East Hebei
Commemorative Medal
East Hebei (established in 1935) was one of the puppet governments of the
Japanese empire.

According to Peterson, this medal was issued in silver and in bronze. There are
two medals here. The top one appears to be blackened bronze, and the bottom
one is clearly the silver issue.
