Below is a fireman's badge given for long, distinguished service. The design is really
interesting. Above is a cherry blossom (symbol of Japan) and two hoses. The green enamel
rays are in the shape of the Rising Sun medal, and the center gold gilt insignia is that of the fire
brigade. Around this are the imperial crests of the Emperor of Japan.
